Today Show Telethon in Leslie Park

Channel Nine’s Today Show will broadcast a special ‘Farm Aid Telethon’ live from Leslie Park in Warwick this coming Monday, August 20 from 9am, to raise money for our drought-affected farmers.

The whole community is invited to this special event, with Nine Queensland’s Melissa Downes, Andrew Lofthouse, Garry Youngberry and Aislin Kriukelis meeting the heroes of the land, interviewing those doing it tough and presenting special reports, all the while encouraging viewers across Australia to dig dep and donate.

Crossing regularly to the Today Show’s Karl Stefanovic and Gerogie Gardner based in Dubbo, NSW, the daylong event in Warwick will be filled with fun and entertainment including a special performance from The Voice 2017 winner, Judah Kelly.

There’ll also be hilarious challenges involving the mighty calendar firefighters, a local tug of war contest, mayhem with the adorable racing piglets, and much more. Spectators will also be encouraged to get involved with the opportunity to appear live on national TV.
