A WARWICK man accused of indecent treatment of a minor was due to have his trial commence on Monday 10 October, in the Toowoomba District Court.
By law the man cannot be named in order to protect the identity of the alleged victim in the case.
The trial before District Court Judge Searles was due to commence at 11am Monday.
The man’s lawyers successfully applied in June for the case to be transferred to Toowoomba from Warwick.
