Mayor Paul Antonio (Toowoomba Regional Council), Mayor Paul Petty (Tenterfield Shire Council), Cr Rick Kearney (Goondiwindi Regional Council), Mayor Lawrence Springborg (Goondiwindi Regional Council), Mayor Vic Pennisi (Southern Downs Regional Council), and Mayor Paul McVeigh (Western Downs Regional Council).
