The Cunningham Highway is currently closed in both directions at Gladfield following a two vehicle crash.
The crash occurred approximately 20 minutes outside of Warwick, heading towards Brisbane.
No diversions are in place at the moment, with the highway expected to be closed for a considerable time.
Queensland Police Services (QPS) stated they were called to the scene at 2:40pm and remain on the scene.
While QPS stated there is no official detour is in place, locals have reported that drivers can still get to Warwick by turning right at the Gladfield driver reviver, with emergency services reportedly guiding traffic.
“(The road is) expected to remain closed for a while,” a QPS representative stated. “They get there when they get there.”
