A big welcome to the new committee for 2023, headed by President Nick Hese.
Thank you all so much for taking up these voluntary positions which are needed to take our club forward for the coming year.
The Activity group have organized a Pizza and Pudding lunch at Vincenzo’s on Wednesday, April 19 at 11.30, for noon serving.
Our guest speaker for March was Morwenna Arcidiacono, telling us of some of the wonderful countries she and her family have trekked. Can you imagine being air dropped into the rugged west coast area of Tasmania, and all your possessions in your backpack? Not just ‘an overnight’ stay either. Other treks she spoke of included New Zealand, Nepal and Spain. One such road in Spain is travelled by over 350,000 tourists every year.
