Why SunLife Warwick?

The release this past week of the SunLife Warwick 86 lot over 50’s Horizons development has seen a strong response, and it is reported that in several cases ‘triggering’ contemplation of the next steps to ‘live life to the full’.

When Tim Wright the developer was asked ‘why live at Horizons’ at SunLife Warwick he said ‘the answer is easy. In one study I read, nondrivers were found to be four to six times more likely to die than drivers during the subsequent 3-year period following driving cessation. Warwick is very driver friendly compared to the major cities”.

He went on to say that at SunLife Warwick the five key considerations are also well understood.
