Please meet Star, a gorgeous red-coated Kelpie x Cattle Dog pup born on 20 May 2023.
Clever, active, confident and eager to please, Star is highly trainable.
In the words of her foster mum, “Star loves to play and do zoomies with the resident dogs and enjoys all the cuddles and human attention that comes her way. She knows her name and is quickly learning her basic commands. In the space of a couple of days, she has learnt to wait, come and drop with increasing reliability.“
Star is great with children, but is probably not a suitable playmate for the very young.
Playful and courageous, Star loves toys and gleefully steals everything from the resident senior canine, Bowser, who patiently lets her get away with it. This pup knows no fear!
Star’s ideal home is with an active individual or family with prior experience in living with working dog breeds. Preference will be given to homes where someone is around most of the time and there is another compatible dog for Star to play with. Secure fencing and plenty of space to romp and play are essential.

Star is part way through her course of vaccinations and is microchipped. She is also flea and worm-treated. Her adoption fee includes desexing when age appropriate.
