Southern Downs Regional Council’s Parks and Gardens team was spotted working on Leslie Park playground on 5 October.
A Council spokesperson said they were “undertaking routine maintenance to the rubber soft fall material located around the playground equipment“.
The work was finalised on the day and the playground was opened back up to locals that afternoon.
