Cutting the cake to celebrate NAIDOC Week at the Mercy Centre at St Mary’s are Southern Downs Regional Council Mayor Cr Vic Pennisi with First Nations adviser from Mercy in Toowoomba Laurie Stewart, Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY) tutor Nalahni Jerome and HIPPY co-ordinator for the Southern Downs Carol Turnbull.
