A party 50 years in the making

As you may have read in the last edition of WarwickToday and StanthorpeToday, the Warwick High School Class of 1974 recently gathered for a nostalgic reunion weekend, celebrating fifty years since their graduation.

Over 40 former classmates from across Australia and even Canada convened at Junabee Hall for the main event. Hosted by Neale Kemp, the evening featured lively entertainment, including a special performance by the band Crisis, which reformed for the occasion. Amidst laughter and reminiscence, attendees enjoyed a slideshow tribute to departed classmates and danced the night away to classic tunes.

The success of the reunion was a testament to months of planning by the dedicated Reunion Team, with local organiser Sue Pulley receiving special recognition for her efforts.

As the weekend came to a close, attendees reflected on the joy and camaraderie shared, eagerly anticipating the next reunion, once the organising team has recuperated.

Here are some pictures from the evening.
