Fresh face makes mark at Warwick Cornhole

It was a quiet but competitive night at Warwick Cornhole on Tuesday, with nine players taking to the boards for a combined A and B Grade singles round robin.

Once again, Noel proved unstoppable, finishing the evening as the undefeated Cornstar. Hot on his heels was Alex, whose only loss came at the hands of Noel in a tight battle.

The 50/50 Airmail Challenge draw saw Ryan and Kerri step up, but the spotlight was quickly stolen by a fresh face. Ryan, Noel’s 14-year-old son and first-time player at the club, made his mark in style. With his fourth bag, Ryan nailed the airmail, taking home over $100 in cash along with a gaming gift card generously donated by Retro Arcade Warwick. A huge debut!

The club is now looking ahead to next week’s singles night, before ramping up for its monthly competition on the 30th.
