THE Queensland Regional Achievement and Community Awards is calling for organisation or individual nominations for people they may know who make a valuation contribution within regional and rural Queensland.
Nominations are open across six award categories:
– The Prime Super Community of the Year Award
– The Peabody Environment and Landcare Award
– The Origin Energy Regional Service Award
– The Reay Services Energy and Sustainability Award
– The Safeguard Events and Tourism Award
– The Styleprint Youth Leadership Award
The program was initiated to reward people making an exceptional contribution to their local community and playing a vital role in building and improving their region, while seeking little or no recognition.
The search for 2013 has begun, stand up, be counted and reward these outstanding contributions to our local community.
The Commonwealth Bank are proud to be the official major prize patrons offering a share in $17,500 cash for the winners.
Winners will be announced in Toowoomba at the Gala Dinner Presentation hosted at the Toowoomba Showgrounds on Saturday 9 November 2013.
