Time to rough things up Stanthorpe

The 2019 Stanthorpe Rodeo is set to buck out this Saturday 2 March at the Stanthorpe Showgrounds from 2pm.

Admission is just $20 for adults, $15 concession and children (under 18) $5 and $50 for a family pass. An early-bird discount gate entry rate is available at trybooking.com.

The Stanthorpe Rodeo offers a full rodeo program encompassing 16 individual rodeo events, with this year’s contractor and announcer Jason Hall from Hall Rodeo.

The public is invited to come and experience the thrills and spills as riders of all levels compete for over $6000 in prize money and prizes. The bull in the feature bull ride is ‘Incredibull’, is a half-brother to the famous ‘Suicidal’ bull that has been at Stanthorpe Rodeo in previous years.

This year there will be a mechanical bull for the little kids (and big kids) to have a go and see if you can get a personal best.

Following the rodeo enjoy live entertainment with Warwick band ‘Sleeping Dogs’ until late, with food, drinks and a bar operating with EFTPOS and ATM available.
