Star Realty QLD celebrates three year milestone

This year marks an exciting milestone for Star Realty QLD as the locally owned business celebrates three years of helping property owners and tenants across the Southern Downs.

Founded by local property manager Krista Going, Star Realty QLD was built on a simple idea: that good property management is about more than collecting rent and arranging maintenance. It is about clear communication, genuine care and building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Since opening its doors, Star Realty QLD has grown into a trusted name in the region, thanks to the support of loyal clients, local businesses and the wider community.

“We want to say a huge thank you to our landlords, tenants, local businesses and the community for supporting us throughout this journey,” Krista said.

“Your trust and support have helped us grow into the strong, locally owned property management team we are today.”

What began as a small business with a clear vision has steadily expanded, with Star Realty QLD now supported by a team of six staff who share the same commitment to personalised service and attention to detail.

For Krista, having the right people around her has been one of the most rewarding parts of the journey.

“I’m incredibly grateful for our team,” she said.

“They genuinely care about our clients and work hard every day to make sure both landlords and tenants feel supported.”

While the business has grown, the focus has remained the same. Star Realty QLD specialises in property management and prides itself on taking the stress out of owning an investment property by keeping communication open and ensuring clients always know where things stand.

That people-first approach has helped Star Realty QLD build long-term relationships and a strong reputation for reliability, honesty and professionalism.

As a locally owned and operated business, Star Realty QLD also values being part of the Southern Downs community and supporting other local businesses along the way.

“We love being part of this community,” Krista said.

“It has been wonderful to work with so many great landlords and tenants and to build connections with other local businesses over the past three years.”

For anyone looking for a property manager who genuinely cares about their investment and takes pride in delivering personalised service, Krista and the team at Star Realty QLD are ready to help.

As Star Realty QLD celebrates its third birthday, Krista says she is excited about what lies ahead.

“Thank you for being part of our story,” she said.

“We can’t wait to see what the future holds.”

After three successful years in business, Star Realty QLD continues to prove that when you put people first, growth and success naturally follow.
