Minimal yet welcome falls of rain were recorded across the Southern Downs, Granite Belt and Border areas overnight, Sunday 29 July.
Some districts in northern, southern and eastern parts of the region recorded 10mm and more, while other falls ranged in the single digits.
Sunny conditions are forecast for the region this week, with a return to sub-zero early morning temperatures over the next couple of days.
Warwick can expect a minimum of minus 2 tomorrow and on Wednesday morning, while in Stanthorpe the minimum is forecast to drop to minus 4 tomorrow and minus 3 on Wednesday.
Daytime maximums for Warwick today, tomorrow and Wednesday will be in the low 20s, and between 18 and 19 degrees in Stanthorpe.
