The Rotary Club of Stanthorpe, in association with Dementia Friendly Stanthorpe, recently hosted its second seniors morning tea at Granite Belt Neighbourhood Centre.
The topic for the session was ‘legal matters matter’ with senior lawyer from TASC National Allana Fanke.
The Advocacy and Support Centre is a not-for-profit organisation that deals with legal, social justice, and advocacy, providing information regarding wills, enduring power of attorneys, and advanced health directives.
The next morning tea will be held Friday 24 September and will discuss ‘healthy brain, healthy life’ and how to reduce the risk of developing dementia.
