Warwick East State School Colour Fun Run

The staff, students and families of Warwick East State School were all excited to participate and cheer on the students in their end of term Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) Rewards Day Colour Fun Run on Friday 1 April.

This event was an afternoon of joy for our students, which is always the aim of the school’s PBL Rewards Days. It is the school’s way of saying THANK YOU to the students who have demonstrated the 4 Be’s of our school – Be Safe, Be Respectful, Be a Learner and Be Responsible throughout the term.

Eligible students from Prep to Grade 6 moved to the oval (after changing into their old pale clothes) where an obstacle course of fun activities was ready and waiting. The students in their year level groups made their way through the various obstacles while being splashed with assorted coloured powders by school staff.

The excited shrieks and giggles from all the children and colour-filled smiling faces showed how much everyone enjoyed the afternoon as they made their way home to start their Easter Holiday covered in the colours of the rainbow.
