A hiker was airlifted to Princess Alexandra Hospital after falling 50m at Girraween National Park this morning.
Queensland Ambulance Service said the man in his sixties sustained a head injury after the incident at 10.30am, but was in a stable condition.
Multiple emergency services were at the scene.
