Team Spencer - held more sausage sizzles than they imagined possible in the lead up to Jack Spencer's trip to the Netherlands . It has all paid dividends and this weekend the World Junior competition begins in Essen. The young apprentice butcher from Stanthorpe will be right in the thick of things.
