The Showman's guild will co-host the day.

By Warwick Show and Rodeo Society

Warwick Show and Rodeo Society together with Showman’s Guild will host a Disability Day at the Warwick Showgrounds Thursday 23 March from 10-noon to celebrate the achievements and contributions of the people living with a disability on the Southern Downs.

This event has been hosted at the Showgrounds for a number of years but this year with the help of Spano’s IGA our major naming right sponsor, SDIEA and Warwick Stanthorpe Today we are looking at having a greater attendance to enjoy the fun and entertainment of the Warwick Show 2023.

The focus of the day is to provide inclusivity through the removal of physical, technological and attitudinal barriers for people with disabilities.

The event will be free to entry for anyone living with a disability and their carers with lots of fun for everyone including a stroll through side show alley, free food, animal nursery visit to cuddle the animals, shearing shed demonstrations, poultry displays, train rides, pavilion tours and a scavenger hunt with lots of prizes to be won.

The Show Girls and Rural Ambassador will be on hand to meet and greet and guide you through the day.

Any information needed please contract Warwick Show and Rodeo Office on 07 4661 9060 between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
