Pets of all shapes and sizes found themselves in the Kevin Thumpkin Pavilion on Friday 22 for the Pet Parade.
It was a spectacle paraded by the children of the region who convinced their families to help dress up their pets in all different costumes and bring them along for a day out at the show.
With categories such as best dressed, to most unusual pet and from smallest pet to best owner and pet look-a-like, there was a show for everyone.
The parade saw dogs embracing their country heritage by dressing up as icon Dolly Parton, putting the sausage in sausage dog and calling for an early easter.
But dogs weren’t the only animals to grace the stage. There were also ladybugs, teddy bears and a miniature horse.
Safe to say, the judges had a hard time.
