Cabarlah win the 2022 Women’s Adam Falconer Pennants for the first time in 37-years

Doing Pennants. Mel McLennan, Jill Barnes, Majella Kahler, Anne Lyons and Roslyn Darton represented the Warwick Golf Club in the final round of the 2022 Women's Falconer Shield Pennants competition.

Cabarlah won the 2022 Women’s Adam Falconer Pennants for the first time in 37-years at Toowoomba Golf Club on Friday with Warwick taking a very credible third place.

Warwick played well throughout the competition and in the final round was represented by Mel McLennan, Jill Barnes, Majella Kahler, Anne Lyons and Roslyn Darton.

The team scored five points on Friday and with a total of 26.5 points and third overall.

Cabarlah and City went into the final round with just one point favouring Cabarlah.

Both teams scored five and a half points in Friday’s round with Cabarlah taking the shield for the first time in almost four decades with a final score 33.5 points.

The Warwick club congratulated the entire Warwick team of Narelle Norris, Jill Barnes, Roslyn Darton, Mel McLennan, Anne Lyons, Majella Kahler, Marg Adcock, Mary Young, Yvonne Pinnington, and Di Johnston who they said did a wonderful job representing their club in the 2022 competition.
