THOSE people who made it to last week’s Police Crime Forum were treated to a stunning display by young Scots PGC College drum major Dominic Andersen-Strudwick.
Dominic twirled, spun, and threw his drum major’s mace with a skill that would match the best of America’s college bands.
A member of the International School of Scottish Drum Majors display team, Dominic is just back from the United States where he competed in the New Highland Games.
“That’s our equivalent of the Olympics,” Dominic said.
He was well pleased with his performance overseas, placing ninth out of 32 competitors.
