Texas Rose frontline act

FROM pure country through to raunchy blues and rock ‘n roll, Texas Rose has performed across Australia at many top music festivals, impressing with her vocals.
Texas was named the Act of the Festival at the Central Hotel Tamworth Festival 2013.
A veteran of 10 independent albums, Rose is now entering into a recording for a major label, all originals and co-producing as well.
Quite the entertainer, she combines great music (including originals) and great songs. Her shows have a comedy aspect to them as well as some poetry.
Texas was chosen to perform for returning defence force troops. She has performed at a range of venues including the Gympie Muster, Peaches and Cream, Royal Easter Show, Adelaide Music Festival, and the Big Day Out.
She has also wowed audiences at sold out concerts in Tamworth and Encore performances at the Gympie Muster.
Texas has won various awards for best female vocal and best live performer along the way.
Texas suffered major health issues a few years ago due to burst aneurysms in the brain. However, her grit and great determination to recover have seen her back doing what she loves – singing and being on stage.
