Cycleway to Saddlers estate complete

Council briefs

TENTERFIELD’S footpath and bikeway along the banks of Tenterfield Creek has been extended to Tenterfield Dam and Saddler’s Estate.
Council’s engineers used the contribution by Saddler’s Estate developer Mike Townes to secure matched grant funding from the Roads and Maritime Services.
There is now almost 5km of pedestrian/cycle route access traversing Tenterfield without crossing the New England Highway.

COUNCIL has taken delivery of a new Cat 12M grader which replaces an older 2005 Komatsu model.
