High time for last minute shopping

MARKET in the Mountains will hold its Christmas markets on 14 and 21 December in the Civic Centre, Stanthorpe, from 8am to noon.
These will be the last chances in 2014 to buy quality inexpensive gifts for Christmas.
There are always a few last minute presents needed and the market is inviting shoppers to come along and be surprised.
The Granite Belt Choir will perform from 10am at both Christmas markets and the singers’ joyful music for the Christmas season is always popular.
Crafters’ Cafe is under new management and will be offering delectable homemade food for breakfast, morning tea or light lunch.
The coffee is great and visitors can relax in the comfort of the cafe before doing the rounds again.
Sophie Sims is the fundraiser for the market this Sunday.
She is The Stanthorpe Agricultural Show’s Miss Fruit and Veg and will be having a raffle which will be drawn on the day.
She is a very dedicated fundraiser and visitors are asked to support her.
