SHOOTING
SOUTHERN Downs Rifle Club Results 5 July 2015. Shot at 300 yards. F Standard Rifle possible 126. Graham Eagle 123.14, Dave Norman 94. F Open Rifle possible 126. Dave Taylor 123.9, Murray Reck 121.6, Margaret Taylor 119.7. The morning was still and cool with next to no breeze. The sort of day that records can be broken if you hold your nerve. Margaret Taylor once the Queen of the 4s posted another personal best with an extra X for 119.7. Dave Taylor having a bit of trouble with his master eye shot an amazing 123.9 left handed. All together, they destroyed the centre of the 300-yard target with far more centre X’s than usual. You have to keep at it until everything lines up. www.southerndownsrifleclubwebsyte.com.au
