Two vehicles were stolen in Warwick and one from Bestbrook on the Cunningham Highway.
He is also alleged to have entered other vehicles and stolen wallets.
He spent Sunday night at the Warwick watchhouse after being located and arrested in Warwick.
He has been transferred to appear at Beenleigh Court House on 19 August where he will face 21 charges.

Officer behaviour reprimanded
A SENIOR Constable from Stanthorpe police station has been given managerial guidance after an incident last year.
In a report obtained by the ABC, the officer was reported to be off duty and intoxicated at the time of the incident.
The incident occurred when the officer taunted a nude offender who had been brought to the station by holding a traffic cone to his groin and thrusting it towards the offender.
The offender had been brought in on a public nuisance charge on 9 March 2014 and had been given a blanket when it occurred.
It was later reported by a colleague and after a year of investigating the Queensland police believes the necessary disciplinarian action has now been handed out.
A separate incident was also investigated with another sergeant at the station where he was found to have ridiculed Asian people.
He will also receive managerial guidance and be required to complete additional training under the Competency Acquisition Program.
