A serene country retreat

Be warned: this is a home you will not want to leave!

Set on a pristine 1.98 ha block located only minutes from the Warwick CBD and close to Warwick Golf Course, this home is truly one of a kind.

Built by the current owners 16 years ago by Arden Vale Homes, it is immaculate home inside and out. This is evident from the moment you walk through the front door into the tiled entrance.

There are three living spaces in this grand home.

The first is a separate lounge area (north-facing), which is a good size with a bay window that overlooks the front garden.

The second is a generous sized dining area off a functional kitchen, which has good amount of cupboard and pantry space, plus a kitchen sink which has lovely view.

The third living area is exactly where a new owner (as does the current owner) will do all their living.

This space allows a lot of natural light in and is situated on the north-east side of the house. It has floor to ceiling cupboard space and access to a lovely outdoor entertaining area.

This is the place where you can sit, take in the beautiful view of the Southern Ranges (especially when a storm is brewing to the south) and listen to the amazing amount of bird life which is attracted to the block.

The home is tiled throughout with carpet in the bedrooms.

All bedrooms are well sized with built-ins, and the main has an ensuite.

The home also has air conditioning, but due to its north-south aspect, it is warm in winter and cool in summer.

It has plenty of cupboards for storage.

Outside the home continues to impress.

With its sheds, carport, rain water tanks, fenced yard and landscaped gardens, it really is a credit to the current owners.

Homes of such high calibre are hard to find.

An inspection is a must.
