This week’s Q&A is with Stanthorpe identity Glen Gibson, Glen grew up at The Summit and returned to Stanthorpe after discharging from the Army having served as a regular Army Infantry Corporal and Army Officer. Glen often volunteers at the RSL sub branch and enjoys fishing and shooting. Thanks for your insight, Glen!

If you could spend 24 hours anywhere, any year, where would you choose?

Fishing for cod on the MacIntyre River.

What’s something people may not know about you?

I am a qualified interpreter/translator in Thai language.

How do you relax after a long day?

Watching cartoons.

What are you most grateful for?

My family.

What would your last meal on earth be?

Freshly cooked seafood.

Do you prefer coffee or tea?

Tea

What are you currently reading and what’s the best book you’ve read?

Every Footrot Flats book.

Girraween National Park.
