Clowns take over Commbank

CommBank staff at the Stanthorpe Warwick branches surprised locals when they wore their finest clown suits on Friday, all to aid a good cause.

Bank tellers and managers alike wore their most outrageous clown outfits to aid the nation-wide clown doctors charity.

Clown Doctors is a national program that provides highly trained, professional “medical clowns” to help uplift sick kids by delivering doses of laughter and joy throughout hospitals. For over 20 years, the Commonwealth Bank has supported the Clown Doctors program, which makes more than 230,000 visits each year to children in 22 hospitals across Australia.

In Warwick and Stanthorpe and at CBA branches across the country, staff will be accepting donations for the Clown Doctors throughout April.
