A multi-million-dollar master-planned 86-lot residential community development will bring a new standard of class to the over 50s lifestyle in the Southern Downs.
SunLife Australia Developer Timothy Wright and his team were in Warwick on Monday (26 June) for discussions with the Southern Downs Regional Council regarding the subdivision and preparation for the launch of the $20 million development, SunLife Warwick, which will be known locally as Horizons because of the site’s wonderful mountain views.
Mr Wright said the elevated site was in a peaceful location and would have freehold homes in a CMS with no entry and exit fees, security, exceptional community facilities and green open spaces.
“This is a much needed addition to Warwick and the Southern Downs. Freehold – rather than lease or licence – is a key point of difference that many astute buyers seek,” he said.
“There will be various options available for buyers to ensure value, such as the sale of a lot which will allow time to select a designer home and enter into a build contract when they are ready.”
