The country manor

The owners have totally rebuilt the original homestead on this property, extending it to add all the modern conveniences, today’s generation demands.

There are five extra-large bedrooms all with built-ins or walk-in robes while the Master also has an ensuite with a bath, shower and double vanity,

As well as the ensuite there is a family bathroom featuring a bath, shower and vanity.

The new heart of the home is all open plan living with the kitchen, dining and family living all open to each other.

• Kitchen has large gas range, rangehood, dishwasher and more as well as a walk-in larder for groceries and storage and there is also a mud room – Laundry utility.

The house is built for comfort with ducted air conditioning and decks on two sides.

Outside find a large six bay shed (approx. 20m x 10m) – four roller doors, kitchenette and toilet

There is 3.5 KVA solar on roof, rainwater tanks, a bore and dam as well as a steel yard, loading ramp, crush and fenced paddocks, all set on 20.09 Ha.

And all this is within 20 minutes of Warwick.
