Easter Fair more than just a market

Warwick Tourism & Events is proud to announce that Warwick’s Easter Fair will again be held on Easter Saturday, April 23.
The first Warwick Easter Fair in 2009 proved popular with market stallholders, visitors and locals and the 2010 fair was equally successful.
2011 will see the Australian Pontiac Nationals held in Warwick over the Easter Weekend and the Easter Fair will welcome more than 100 cars in the Pontiac Club’s Show ’n’ Shine event, along with a myriad of market stallholders.
The Easter Fair markets will showcase local produce in the surrounds of glorious Leslie Park, which boasts plenty of shade, fabulous gardens for visitors to relax in and a rotunda for musicians to perform. Stalls will include fresh food, preserves and other goodies, offering the opportunity to stock up on supplies for the Easter weekend, while those with an eye for luxuries or gifts have plenty of variety to choose from.
The Easter Fair is more than just a market.  There will be a host of activities to keep the children entertained and Bugs the Easter Bunny will hop along to the festivities to help out with the Easter egg hunt, which will start at 9am.
There is also an Easter colouring competition underway and children are invited to colour in Bugs as he juggles a bunch of Easter eggs.  Entries can be dropped into the Warwick Tourism & Events office in the Town Hall or children can drop them in to the colouring-in stand at the Easter Fair.
