Two suggestions were made, Letters, SFT 13th Sept. Namely: 1) that people of Britain and the United States are the descendents of the Israelites when their nation was invaded and the people dispersed, and 2) this explains why these nations were rich and progressive.
Remember the Pharisees and priests claimed they had superior breeding and look how they turned out, while they questioned Christ’s ancestry. The Bible says people of faith count in God’s eyes. Galatians 3:7. Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. It is not breeding that counts but obedience. Romans 9:6. For the trees (are) not all Israel, which are of Israel.
We also learn that obedience to the Ten Commandments brings wealth, wisdom and peace. Leviticus 26:2.Ye shall keep my Sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I (am) the LORD. 26:3. if ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them; 26:4. Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. Notice the conditional word “IF”. Conditions apply.
