Warwick Arts Council representative Barbara declares if we can't have a portrait done of your mum then the Arts Council has the perfect opportunity to treat your special mum with a Mother's Day High Tea on Wednesday 10 May from 1pm to 3pm at Warwick TAFE, 202 Dragon Street, Warwick.
