Warwick man charged with dangerous driving

A man has been charged with dangerous driving following an incident in Warwick last week.
It is alleged the 39-year-old local man was involved in a dispute with another man on Dragon Street about 6pm Wednesday.
It’s further alleged he followed the man in a car before mounting a footpath and driving at the man.
The man subsequently jumped out of the way of the vehicle and sustained non-life threatening injuries.
He was taken to Warwick Base Hospital for treatment.
The 39-year-old man has been charged with one count of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and is due to appear in Warwick Magistrates Court at a later date.
