Little Gallery Café’s new spring menu has landed, complete with new extended hours.

A staff member said the new menu now contains more vegan and vegetarian options.

The popular nourish bowl option will see some new options, but old favourites are still in the rotation.

The cranberry power bowl, a fan favourite, kicked off the first week of new opening hours, followed by the ‘veganista bowl’ the week after.

New items on the menu include the sure to be crowd favourite of pancakes served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and maple syrup. The menu item has size options available.

In the “quick lunches” section of the new menu, the Little Gallery Café now offers bruschetta for those looking for something quick and tasty.

Vegetarians, or just those looking for a tasty meat-free option every now and then, can now take their pick from multiple items on the menu.

There is a new vegetarian big breakfast option, complete with avocado, blistered cherry tomatoes, fresh spinach, sautéed mushrooms, baked beans, eggs cooked your way, and toast.

The new menu even has a vegetarian option for Eggs Benedict, with added sautéed mushrooms, blistered cherry tomatoes, lemon wedge, and balsamic glaze on top of your hollandaise-covered turkish bread and eggs.

A new vegetarian salad is also now on the menu, a pear and walnut salad perfect for the warmer weather.

A staff member stated they’ve had a good response to the new opening hours, with people more than happy to get their morning cup of joe a little earlier.

The café is now open from 8am to 2:30pm, and serving up quality coffee as always.
