Men Who Knit

A documentary film investigating what happens when knit premiered last week as part of the Jumpers and Jazz in July Festival.

The premier was held at Warwick Wesleyan Methodist Church.

Attendees were treated to a complimentary sausage sizzle, with cake and coffee to enjoy.

The documentary investigates the phenomenon behind the knitting revival through the eyes of the men and women who personify the spirit of Jumpers and Jazz.

The production crew behind the documentary were present, including Tracey Waterhouse, Carole Brandon, Kyle Johnson, Dustin Heslin, Wendy Cochrane, and Heather Hall.

Wendy Cochrane said they had a full house at the premiere.

“The documentary was filmed on location in Warwick and featured interviews with local men and women who knit along with info on the history of knitting…..which men dominated!”
