Rodeo week is well and truly upon us, and no amount of wet weather can keep me away. While it means I might struggle to find a parking space at work, I’m so excited to see the town bustling with rodeo-goers once more.
While the weather has prevented us from witnessing the campdraft in all its glory, it’s still set to be a showstopping rodeo.
I for one am incredibly excited about the entertainment line-up this year, with the 78 sound, Riley Young, Will Day, and more set to hit the stage.
We’re once again following our rodeo royalty around this year, and you can find a full run-down of their exhausting week in next week’s paper. In the two days that we’ve witnessed prior to going to print, we’ve seen them cover an impressive amount of the region already.
