Fun all day long

From car smashes to sugar crashes, the Allora Show had it all. With record-breaking entries in most events over the two days, attendees were treated to more than what was in their show bags.

Hundreds flocked to the showgrounds to get amongst the horses, sheep, bulls and also for the first time the echidnas. Kids were subjected to a world of fun at sideshow alley and the old favourite egg and spoon race, while the more thrill seekers watched on with baited breaths as motorbikes roared passed on one wheel or cars crumpled together.

The extreme success of the event boiled down to the dedication and hard work of the volunteers and the Allora Show Society Committee who are already planning on how to make next year so much bigger and better you won’t want to miss out.
