The Warwick Art Gallery is helping families beat the boredom this school holidays in a creative way. From the mind of contemporary Australian artist Natalya Hughes comes an imaginative journey titled ’The Castle of Tarragindi on Tour,’ set to captivate audiences with a medley of engaging art-making activities.

In collaboration with the Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA), this interactive exhibition invites participants to embark on a whimsical adventure of digital creation and hands-on crafting. Attendees will have the opportunity to design their own digital hybrid creature, adorn and construct 3D objects, delve into the world of intricate patterns with printed paper, and immerse themselves in the art of self-portraiture.

Scheduled to take place at the Warwick Art Gallery over two days during the Easter school holidays, ’The Castle of Tarragindi on Tour’ promises an escape from holiday monotony. The event will run on Tuesday, 2 April, and Tuesday, 9 April, offering morning from 10am to 12pm and afternoon from 1 pm to 3pm sessions to accommodate varying schedules.
