First breakfast a hit

THE Women of Warwick inaugural breakfast was a huge success, an organiser said.
Some 80 women attended the sold-out networking breakfast at Warwick’s Gardens Galore on Tuesday.
Goondiwindi-based consultant Julia Telford, founder of Border Women in Business, was the guest speaker, while Warwick’s Corinne Butler gave a talk on personalities.
“Our idea is to connect and inspire local women so they connect with each other, they connect with speakers, they take away a little bit of learning and a bit of inspiration,” said organiser Sue Hamlet.
“Our first meeting was hugely successful.
“The women were warm and engaging, they came ready to connect with each other,” Ms Hamlet said.
The next meeting of Women of Warwick will be at Cafe Jacqui’s on Tuesday 3 December.
