The maze under snow last year.

THE Granite Belt Maze and Mini Golf rests just 8.5 km north of Stanthorpe along the old Warwick Road in a quiet country setting and is the perfect place to visit during a visit to the area for the Snowflakes festival.
The surrounding district is speckled with some of Australia’s finest wineries, tasty cheeses, antique shops and accommodation.
Its altitude makes it one of Australia’s highest mazes at almost 900 metres above sea level, and is the only maze and mini golf in Queensland where it snows.
The mazes have been constructed with Australian hardwood and the main maze utilizes random sections of corrugated iron, it’s very Australian, rustic and extremely tough.
Unlike most mazes, this maze was designed so the layout can be changed without too much effort, and customers are given cleverly designed riddles to solve while negotiating the challenges of the maze.
There is a smaller maze as well with its own mind bending riddles, and a tricky nine hole mini golf course, a giant chess set and some great photo opportunities in the stocks and guillotine, so allow plenty of time for this venue.
The Granite Belt Maze is ideal for all ages and is awesome fun for everyone.
