Rural residential blocks with views for kilometres

The Summit Estate is selling fast according to the developer Kelvin Hutchinson.

He said there is just one large serviced rural residential block left with exceptional north facing views at the estate at Rosenthal Heights, Warwick.

“There are a total only of five rare 1.5 acre (6050m2) north facing rural residential blocks are in this estate,” he said.

“All blocks have fantastic rural views stretching to the Great Dividing Range. The blocks slope gently away from Schoch road.

“All blocks have town water, power, curb and gutter, entry driveways across the verge, and great wireless NBN capability.”

He said the estate is located on Schoch Road between Everest and Diery Street, Rosenthal Heights, just two hours drive to Brisbane, one hour to Toowoomba, one hour to Stanthorpe, 10 minutes to the CBD of Warwick.

Sale price $220,000.00 (includes GST).

“This is a private vendor sale,” Kelvin explained.

The Summit Estate is a boutique, five block subdivision nestled within the larger 60 acre ‘The Summit’ rural retreat of the vendor. All five blocks look out over this picturesque farm where cattle and horses graze.

“Contact us now and secure your preferred block,” he said.

“Acreage blocks in the Rosenthal Heights area are very rare, especially with north facing uninterrupted views.”
