New concept of dining in historic hotel

The wine bar allows residents and visitors to catch up with friends, family or colleagues over lunch, dinner or drinks.
There are private areas available, which are perfect for small parties or business meetings. The Wine Bar On Palmerin can also be booked for weddings and functions.
Hotel owners Garry and Tracey Watt believe they have found the right team to offer a great new concept of dining in their historic hotel.
Alex Barmos has been appointed catering consultant and executive chef. He has had many years of experience in the restaurant industry. Alex has worked as a head chef in five star hotels in Sydney, Melbourne, Northern Territory and Hamilton Island.
Chef Jarod Peirson will be working alongside Alex and brings a broad range of experience from his time in England and France. He has also worked as a Cold Larder Chef in the Millionaires room at Conrad Jupiter’s and has spent time as the Sous Chef at Alzberg Inn, Mt Bulla.
Restaurant manager and head bartender Paris (did not wish to provide surname) has only been in Warwick for eight weeks after moving from Perth for a lifestyle change. She is available to make coffees using Byron Bay Coffee and to mix your favourite cocktails.
Not only are the wines matched to the food, a range of craft beers such as James Squire, Little Creatures and Matilda Bay Double Chocolate Stout can be matched to your meal. An array of wines from Australia and New Zealand are available that are not available in the local bottle shops. There will also be a range of premium spirits available.
The wine bar is open from 8am until 3pm on Sundays and Thursday, Friday and Saturdays hours are 10am to 3pm and 6pm to 9pm.
