Solution is simple: slow down

Again we have been rocked by another tragedy at the Eight Mile.
And again we are reading about the call to upgrade it. I have a simple solution.
First let me explain what I do; I spend a lot of time in a car for my work and have gone through this intersection hundreds of time, and I am also teaching my son to drive a car.
The solution is simple: slow down, reduce the speed limit to 40 kilometres.
I have seen too many vehicles going through too fast. There is no room for error. 80 kilometres is too fast, as trucks can’t stop.
I would also install a speed camera there as well, to further deter the speeders.
